We had to euthanize our beloved 21 year old cat and no one else was open on the north shore. Our cat worsened so quickly she wasn't going to make it to her scheduled appointment at her regular vet. The staff at North Care Animal Hospital were amazingly warm and caring. Dr. Ali was so kind and calming to both the humans and our cat. The bond we developed with our cat over 2 decades of life cannot be put into words, and for Dr. Ali and the staff at North Care to step in to the end so eloquently... our family cannot thank them enough, and we will always be grateful for such loving care.

I’ve been to a bunch of different vets over the years, but none of them have cared as much as the team at North Care. The doctors and staff here are fantastic. There have been times where I needed to bring my dog Rocky in urgently, and they always made time to see him and treat him right away. He’s been here a few times now, and we won’t go anywhere else. They’re honest, they’re skilled, and they never try to upsell or tell you something you don’t need. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about your pet’s well‑being. Rocky and our other dog Fendi and I are both extremely happy with every experience we’ve had here. Highly, highly recommend.
