Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Freya’s vet, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and kindness they’ve shown us.

Everyone at the clinic has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring. Especially Dr. Ali. They always take the time to listen to our concerns and genuinely make us feel that Freya is in good hands. Whenever we’ve needed an appointment, they have done their best to accommodate us and make sure Freya could be seen when she needed care. That level of support means so much, especially when you’re worried about your pet.

We also really appreciate how transparent and reasonable their pricing has been. It’s clear that their priority is the well-being of the animals, while still being mindful of their owners.

Thank you to the entire team for treating Freya with so much love and care. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful veterinary team looking after her and would wholeheartedly recommend them to other pet parents! ❤️🐾

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Farhang Farhadi and the entire team at North Care Animal Hospital for taking such wonderful care of my brother’s dog, Levi, when he swallowed my daughter’s sock.

This was the first time I had ever dealt with something like this, and I was absolutely panicked. I called several veterinary hospitals, but unfortunately no one was able to take Levi in at the time. When I called North Care, Dr. Farhadi was actually in surgery, and because they weren’t sure how long it would take, the team recommended that we try another hospital.

We ended up finding somewhere in Vancouver that could see us, but while we were stuck in traffic on our way there, we connected with Dr. Farhadi’s team again. They told us to turn around and come in right away, and we are SO grateful they did. They were able to treat Levi and took such thorough care of him from start to finish.

Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough, which meant so much to me during such a stressful situation. I was also especially grateful that Dr. Farhadi was so generous with his advice and recommendations. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and share his expertise without hesitation, which gave me so much reassurance.

A huge thank you to Dr. Farhadi and his wonderful team for going above and beyond for Levi and for making a very scary experience so much easier for us. I truly appreciate the care, kindness, and professionalism we received and would absolutely recommend North Care Animal Hospital. ❤️🐾

Owner's reply

Dr. Farhadi and our entire team truly care about the well-being of every patient, and it means so much to hear that you felt supported, reassured, and well cared for throughout the process. We’re incredibly happy that Levi is doing well, and we’re grateful for your kind words and recommendation. Give Levi some extra love from all of us! ❤️

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m so grateful to the team at North Care Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Sadaghdar and Dr. Farhadiniaki for taking such good care of my beautiful cat, Hula.

Her case was unfortunately quite challenging, but throughout everything the team was kind, patient, and compassionate. A special thank you to Ciara Young who was wonderful about answering questions and always handled everything with so much sensitivity and care.

I’m very grateful to have found a vet team I trust and feel safe with. It meant so much to know Hula was in such caring hands. I truly appreciate everything the team did for her and for us.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I beleive Dr. Ali is a cat whisperer! At my last vet it took 4 staff to hold my 28 lb Bengal cat down for nail trimming. With Dr Ali, he was a perfect angel. After warning the staff, I picked him up the next day only to hear that he gave them no problems. We love this place and their team!

Owner's reply

Thank you for trusting us with his care—we absolutely love having you both as part of the North Care family! 🐾

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent care for my dog's international travel process. Dr. Ali Sadaghdar and Jenny were very professional and attentive during the deworming appointment and health certificate preparation for export. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions about the destination country's import requirements, and the whole process went smoothly. You can tell they have real experience with international pet travel documentation. Highly recommend.
